We are looking for a competent and dynamic person to fill the position of workshop controller.

Responsabilities:

• Assignment of technicians;
• Keep files up to date;
• Successfully develop the individual performance of service technicians by ensuring that they perform at a high level;
• Increase the efficiency of the workshop and reduce work rework by carrying out quality control;
• Increase the efficiency of the workshop by monitoring performance (issue work orders in the required time);
• Provide technical expertise and coaching for beginner and intermediate technicians in addition to providing support for advanced technicians;
• Provide the necessary support to the service team to increase the overall efficiency of the department and ensure compliance with unit discharge times;
• Ensure that the good organization and cleanliness of the workshop are maintained.

Skills:

• Skill cards;
• Have held a similar position for more than 5 years;
• Proactivity, interpersonal skills with a positive and engaged attitude.
