Your Responsibilities:
- Guide our clients regarding their vehicle’s needs, clearly explaining service costs and repairs;
- Open and close work orders with accuracy and professionalism;
- Deliver high-quality service by listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

- Previous experience in the automotive industry (mandatory);
- Bilingual, able to communicate effectively, with excellent oral and written skills in French and English;

- Proficiency with computer tools, ideally with CDK software (an asset);
- Autonomous, energetic, and personable with strong interpersonal skills.
